This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information (“POPI”) act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide clarity, transparency, and accuracy regarding the collection and use of an individual's personal data for which Best African Safaris may collect and use for processing.

Note, these opt outs do not apply to information provided to Best African Safaris via the Site as a result of a reservation.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. If you submit a review or use a public review site based on your Best African Safaris experience these forums can be read, collected, or used by other individuals to send you unsolicited messages. Best African Safaris is not responsible for the User Contributions you choose to submit. If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Please note that at no time does Best African Safaris gather, request, record, require, collect or track any type of Internet users' Personal Information (as listed above) through these processes.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy 

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, Best African Safaris never knowingly collects or maintains information at our Site from those under 13, and no part of our Site is directed at anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will use our best efforts to delete the information as soon as possible.
